Yes! We Take Provider One
Berlanga Dentures accepts Provider One and can help you if you qualify. There are very few denturists in Washington state who accept Provider One, so we are pleased to be able to offer this to our patients who qualify and need our assistance.
We are here to help and want to make sure you get these services you need and deserve.
We recommend you first check to make sure you qualify for Provider One to see if you have active coverage. Or, we can help you determine eligibility!  Just give us a call.

If you meet the criteria we recommend you contact your case worker and/or social health services before you give us a call.
If you are being referred by a dentist, you should have received a list of providers and one of our locations should be on the list.  If you have that referral give us a call or stop into any of our locations (Parkland Denture CenterPuget Sound Dentures, or Meridian Denture Center).
